2024 Tour de France - how to record it?

It seems there are only a couple stages of the Tour de France that are going to be on our generously-paid-for cable TV this year, with it being primarily streamed now. As much as I hate watching streamed sports - because I can't rewind and fast-forward with the ease I've come to expect using our TiVos - it would still be better than nothing.

It seems most if not all of the stages will be streamed on Peacock and Fubo, so I'm wondering how simple it is to set up Channels DVR to record from those services if I subscribe to one for the next month. Is it like setting up Frndly tv?

For Fubo:

I have come across this project that looks interesting for Fubo. All channels except disney and premiums expose an m3u8 during playback. Perhaps someone could figure out how to deploy it? Would be awesome to get something like this piped directly into channels

For Peacock, it's not as straight forward. Take a look at one of these projects:

Thanks for the rundown. I guess it's not as simple as using Frndly tv or TVE for Xfinity. I decided to just sign up for Peacock Premium Plus for a month to catch the Tour de France and as I can.
Do you know if Peacock saves live sporting events for viewing a day or so later? Or is the live stream/program only available during the event?
