ABC TVE (alt) not working, but does on ABC.com

I've been talking via e-mail about this too. They last said "We're working on it. But there is no quick fix available" I wondered then if the community of people here might be able to help.

But Charter/Spectum TVE subscription will not allow ABC on Channels, but via the ABC website will. My area offers a substitution from WKRN, to WTVC. However Channels doesn't see that substitution. It only tells me; "abcgo: 1039:This station's live stream is not available through your TV Provider."

You ever get this fixed? I'm having similar issues with abc

Are you on the latest pre-release? There have been a million updates that may have resolved this for you.

Yes. The latest pre-releases add TVE support for approved ABC alternates. They work for me. Thank God and Channels DVR Staff.
