Ability to add custom channels to TVE

It would be nice if you could add a way to add a custom feed to Channels as a TVE station. The user would have to input a label for the channel and the stream URL. If it were an actual channel you could match it to lineup data as well possibly?

What you are looking for is already possible, albeit with a little bit of work:

Channels DVR + Xteve / Telly

Xteve is a 'proxy' that claims to make IPTV streams look like an HDHomeRun tuner on the network. I've yet to get it working, since the documentation is non-existent and between one provider for IPTV and another for XMLTV, there are a few moving parts that need to line up. I was wondering if anyone else here had tried using it with Channels DVR, and if they were successful? Paul
