Activity page - Stream reported as weak with 100% reliability

Description of issue: one steam is reported as weak but this is a custom M3U that also has 100% reliability. How is the weakness of the stream determined?

I expected: at least good

Interesting. Now it's excellent with a little bit of buffer.

It was the buffer. I've changed it so that buffer no longer factors into the health of the HLS stream. This is resolved in the latest pre-release:
