Adding source-Spectrum

I've been trying to add a Spectrum as a source. I can log into my Spectum website with no problem, but I get denied when adding it as a source.

Any ideas?

When I use Channels to add sources it tells me I have the wrong password, even after I just used it to log into my Spectum account.
