Well documented issue caused by Amazon, for example:
As shown in those threads and others, you can sideload the app still, if you are are comfortable doing such a thing. However, I would recommend using sideloading to install the Google Play store and then use that to get what you want, anyway.
FYI, I installed during the brief window (no pun intended) when it was available in the Amazon App Store, and it continues to function just as well as ever.
There are a number of Android Emulators for Windows besides the Amazon limited one. I use BlueStacks on both Windows 10 and 11 and have been very happy. The Channels DVR client runs fine and is available via the Play Store in BlueStacks.
Note, you may have to turn off the the Windows 11 Android emulator to use BlueStacks.
