Android Client App Crashing when remote streaming

Hello,

We just returned to our cabin after several months. When we arrived, we have foung that none of our Channels DVR clients will connect remotely.
Each time I attempt to connect using the "Away From Home" option, as we have always used, it crashes completely out of the app. I have tested this on several clients, Shield TV, Chromecast with Google TV, and ONN TV box.

I have a backup DVR server set up here and have been able to connect locally using the "At Home" option from the same clients. Armed with this knowledge, I enabled Tailscale on the server and the Shield client and have successfully established a connection to the main server at home.

All clients are Android TV, running Beta 7.24.427. The server is on Pre-Release 2025.07.24.0440. I have submitted client diagnostics from the Shield system. I also have submitted logs from the main server as: 1ddffa75-dc95-4f69-a24f-c60d9cb0300c

I have also submitted this same support request by email.
Thank you.

Fixed in latest beta release

@eric and @tmm1
I updated to the latest Android beta client 7.25.2049 and it's still unable to establish a remote connection.
I am now getting an error message before I am able to athenticate the connection to the server.
"DVR Access Failure" "Required value 'server' missing at $"
I have submitted logs from the client, and server logs are 073d2705-8579-4cdf-8afd-8147b75c0fda .

That did the trick! Remote access seems to be working as it should. Thank you!
