Set your tubi source XMLTV Guide Data to refresh once per hour.
I find even then it will drop to less than 24 hours of guide data (I have 23 now) until it recovers again every night.
I have it set to the minimum (1 Hour), but I'm still missing prime time data about 1 out of every 3 days.
I'm missing EPG data going out as far as 14 hours. Most days I have all the data, but about 1/3 of the time, I'm missing the last few hours.
and you've looked at the EPG data manually to see if it's actually there?

I use Olivetin ONE Click to create MY TUBI Source that way it is split up into 2 Sources one with grace note guide data that has 14 days. And the other is much smaller that has TUBI EPG. The NoEPG usually only has 1 day... I refresh the NoEPG every hour.

@TV_Ken You can slm to map channels that don't have EPG data to gracenote and the rest you can set to refresh every hour.
I'm sure that it is not there when my daily automated run takes place, but is shows up when I check later on.
I changed the run time of my daily run, which helped a little, but I'm still having problems.

Is there some setting that will get me the Gracenote data?
You don’t need the epg with the gracenote playlist.
I update the source XMLTV every hour and have a script running that checks how much guide data there is every hour on one channel.
In the last month it has varied from 14 to 47 hours guide data for that channel.
I find it updates fully with 40+ hours guide data daily anywhere between 4PM - MIDNIGHT my time.
Check the DVR log to see if your tubi XMLTV guide data is refreshing every hour.
There's an issue if you have different XMLTV sources refreshing at different intervals where some get skipped.

I have Tubi and Pluto set to 1 hour, but every time I set Fubo to one hour, it resets itself back to daily.
What does "gracenote=include" or "gracenote=exclude" do? For now, I have set it to "include" to see what that does for me.
That's a different issue. Changes made to a custom m3u source don't always "stick".
Recreate the source with the settings you want using a slightly different name and delete the old one.
Anytime I change anything in a source, I always do this after the changes.
Settings > Live TV & DVR > Guide Data > Maintenance 
> Delete and Recreate Database
Uses the Channels DVR guide data which has the correct Series ID and Movie Categories. Also provides 14 days of Robust guide data.
Gets you guide data provided by Tubi for Those that do not have Gracenote ID's but might not have complete guide Info. usually missing Categories. Sometimes using the Tubi EPG will cause Movies to be recorded in TV Folder due to missing Categories.
