Best method to get ESPN and Pluto?

I mean the ESPN channels that were available via TVE. I don't subscribe to ESPN+. My DVR is run on a Synology NAS.

Is there a best way to get that and maybe Pluto, and maybe Samsung or LocalNow? These have all disappeared for me.

PrismCast will get your ESPN family back, but you do need a PC with relatively modern hardware.

Easier said than done for me. Prismcast on my M1Mac doesn't work at all tuning Channels DVR on an Apple TV 4k, I just get various errors and behaviors depending on channel.

You need to join the Prismcast thread then and post on why it doesn't work, because others have used that hardware IIRC. Someone can help there.
