Big 10 Network TVE (6199) 404 Error

Hello,

I'm currently unable to play or authorize Big 10 Network TVE through my Xfinity subscription. My hunch is the error is due to having that stream move to Fox Sports as I am getting a 404 Error next to the Big 10 Channel in my Xfinity TVE List.

"platform response: 404 Not Found"
DVR Version: 2021.09.03.0040

More BTN problems

Couldn’t log in to BTN and found a thread from last week about the issue. I updated my DVR today to 2021.08.24.2219. Still cannot log in. Instead of the 400 error I was getting before (like the poster in the earlier thread) I get “Platform response: 404 not found” Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
