BTN "Playback Failed" through multiple sources

For the past few days I have not had access to BTN, I am getting a "Playback Failed" message on the screen., After looking into the Cox and DISH sources, I see "platform response: 400 Bad Request" Any Suggestions? I am guessing the streaming source just needs to be updated by Channels?

Have you tried the latest Channels DVR prerelease version 2021.08.19.0105 ?
If not, update to that and try rescanning the channel.

Yes, I am running the latest version 2021.08.19.0105, Yes, I have also tried rescanning the channel multiple times on both the Cox and DISH sources with no success.
