Button detector

Hi I'm running Beta (11.27.421) on Android TiVo Stream 4k and I can't find the button detector in Accessibility/Services. From what I've read it should install with the Beta. Where can I get it please. Thanks.

Google made the Devs remove that a LOOOOOOONG time ago. What you'll want to do is install the "Button Mapper" app and then follow along with this thread starting here:

Download (and please pay for, totally worth it) the Button Mapper app, then you can change the TiVO button to launch Channels, among other quality of life improvements Just a heads up that TiVO has nerfed some funtionality of their remote, so you'll only be able to program single press and double press, not long press. Some buttons cannot be edited at all.

That's only true for the beta version distributed through the Play Store. If you sideload the beta apk, that version includes the Button Detector.

How do you sideload the app? Where do you get the Beta APK file? Sorry if this is obvious but I've looked everywhere. Thanks
