Is there a way to record Shows from Netflix, using Channels DVR?

PlayOn Cloud is the integrated way to do it. You add PlayOn Cloud as a source to your personal media section, and from that point forward all PlayOn recordings will be downloaded shortly after being completed in the cloud. No need for a PlayOn storage plan, just recording credits. It's pretty slick:

Is there a fee for Playon Cloud, without storage? Because I was a (supposed) Lifetime member for their original format. They changed it all, and dumped me. Wanted me to PAY THEM AGAIN to join. Deceitful company!

I hear you. I had a lifetime membership too with their original product, but that's now morphed into PlayOn Home. PlayOn Cloud is different though, in that you're not the one providing a system to perform the capture (which does require some notable CPU/GPU power). They do the capture, and comskip processing (if applicable). You only need to buy credits -- no plan.

You could also go with something like StreamFab, though it's not integrated, and you're the one providing the processing power. Here's a bit from the forum on it:
