Can't discover DVR at home on some devices

Hoping somebody can help me out. My devices frequently can't find my DVR on the home network, even while other devices are actively using the DVR. For example, I can currently find the DVR from my computer but not my phone, even when I manually type in the same IP address.

I have an Eero setup and wonder if it has something to do with that? I've assigned the server a static IP.

What is the IP of the device that isn't able to connect? Is it in the same format as the devices that do work?

MacBook (can connect): 192.168.7.23
iPhone (can't connect): 192.168.7.89
Server: 192.168.7.48

Works on both MacBook and iPhone in Safari

What version number on the iOS app?

Just submitted. I'm on 4.0.0 but have been having this issue for months. I'll update now and let you know how it goes.

This is due to an eero issue with their HomeKit feature:

Disabling HomeKit on the Eero did fix it. I wonder why it's so hit or miss. Regardless, thanks for the help!

From my testing I have had some luck with just turning off UPnP on my Eero. I still have HomeKit enabled.
