Channels DVR clients can't connect to macOS server

I've been running Channels DVR on a M2 Mac Mini for most of the year without issues. We use clients on iOS, AppleTV, and macOS. Starting today, none of our clients would connect to the Channels DVR server across the local network. Clients are displaying an error that says "Channels DVR Server was not found at 10.11.1.117".

Here is the configuration I'm running to test:
Mac Mini Channels Server IP (hard wired ethernet): 10.11.1.117
MacBook Pro Channels Client IP (hard wired ethernet): 10.11.1.181
iPhone IP (wireless): 10.11.1.183

All OS's have been updated to the latest (macOS 15.1 and iOS 18.1).

I can connect to Channels DVR server via web browser on all devices via http://10.11.1.117:8089 - no issues there. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Channels DVR server. The macOS host firewall is not running on the server. I rebooted the network switch, router, and wireless APs.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas on what the issue may be. This hasn't been a problem until today, and I'm not aware of any changes to my home network that would have caused this.

Maybe this?

That was enabled already, unfortunately the issue is something else.

Update: the issue was resolved last night for reasons unknown. I didn't do anything else, and it started working again on its own.
