I also have a terramaster f2-221, it has 8gbs of memory i iam thinking of flashing the bios to install windows or even ubuntu, but do you think it will work with it?
No, that would be worse.
Test again without a remote desktop session active, but with a cc4c stream going. SSH in to run intel_gpu_top
but what if i use the terramaster only forr cc4c and the beelink only for channels?
or vice versa
I don't think either of them would be good for cc4c, but you should re-run the test as I described above to be sure your iGPU is being utilized.
Also, given you purchased an encoder, you should really focus on getting that going with ADBTuner or ah4c. cc4c has its uses, but encoder based solutions are generally preferred.
it works better without rdp but still some problems, umm yes i am using the adbtuner but the thing is there are certain channels that i cant get with the encoder, for example i would like to get WWE channel which is on peacock tv but no way to do so.
Please post the output from intel_gpu_top with a cc4c stream active and no remote desktop session active.
So your iGPU is working, and being used by Chrome -- so, if the stream still has issues, you're not likely to have much success with cc4c.
well it improved significantly without rdp so thats why perhaps running it alone would make it perfect, what do you think?
I see where you're coming from. You could install Ubuntu and CDVR on the Terramaster, and then disable CDVR temporarily on the Beelink and see how it goes.
If it doesn't work out, you can switch back to using the Beelink for CDVR.
thanks
If I may ask you another questiom: sometimes when using cc4c some websites say that the browser or device is not compatible, and they dont stream, is this something that can be fixed? because i tried updating and it still says the same thing?
I have read come comments on here that say that it can work better with an older version of chrome but i use ubuntu and it onlyworks on chromium so i am trying to find aa way to downgrade my chromium version, i looked online and there are some suggestions on what to type into the terminal but none of the versions that i type seem to be supported, does anyone know of am exact command that i can run on terminal to downgrade my chromium browser version? thanks
Chrome works just fine on Ubuntu. Ask ChatGTP how to remove chromium and add whatever version of chrome you want.
Trying to get cc4c going on an N100 is a waste of time.
I personally think trying to get CC4c running on anything with less than an i7 processor is a waste of time.
I was able to get CC4C working on my device because I upgraded to a new one but when I launch peacock it launches with the website muted by default I saw someone posted on here about editing the main.js script to fix that but I dont know how to do that could you perhaps send me a copy of an already edited main.js and then tell me what to do with it in order to make it work?
Again, you only need to post on a specific subject once in a given thread, and you need to give people time to respond. I haven't used cc4c with Peacock, so I don't have anything for you.
Even when you reply to a specific person, everyone sees the message, and you can be confident that anyone with info will chime in. If you want to get a specific user's attention, in addition to the person you're replying to, use the @username tag.
BTW, many forums use this same software called "Discourse", and work in a very similar fashion.
you mean discourse to edit the code?
