3 recordings last night. None show interrupted. Haven't watched them yet, but look a lot better.
So there was 2 changes I made. Changed to internal disc and set the never sleep. I'm kinda betting on the never sleep maybe being the problem. I'm gonna switch back to external drive and see what happens.

Watched the recordings from the MAC. There were a couple of very short freezes, maybe a second. Checked the same spot on the Windows recordings and they were there also. So that is something different and not long enough to be an issue.
Commercial detection is maybe 50% on either system. Some commercials got skipped. Some got partially skipped. Not the best but I can probably live with that.
I'll do some more checking over the next few days but looks like maybe found the issue.
