Commercial Detection on Mac mini M4 not available "CPU too slow"

I just installed the server on my new Mac mini M4 and restored it from my previous computer and it says that the computer is too slow for commercial detection. That's actually kinda funny, but what needs to be done to enable it?

Seriously, looks like a bug.
What version of Channels DVR Server are you running?
Sometimes updates happen in the pre-release versions that don't appear in the release notes.

Or a fix could be in something like these

I am using the latest release.

That's the latest STABLE RELEASE.
Update to the latest pre-release version (click the down arrow next to Check For Update).
After years of using it, I'm puzzled why they hide that.
You can also hold the <SHIFT> key while clicking Check For Update to do the same.
