Connection Rejected on new TCL TV

Had Channels VR App running fine on a Fire TV. The Fire TV malfunctioned and ha to be replaced. Decided to go with a TCL after reading a bunch of posts stating that Fire TV start to fail after 12 months.

After installing Channels DVR onto new TCL TV I was able to connect the Channels DVR app to the Channels Server through my wireless network. Can view previously recorded shoes, an can see live TV on any channels that use the OTA source. However when I try to watch any live channels thru the Pluto or Philo source I receive a message stating Connection Rejected at the end of the message.

I have this setup working on two other TVs without any issue. This issue is isolated to the new TCL TV. Need some assistance with resolving this issue. I have tried power cycling the TV, and uninstalling/reinstalling Channels DVR app on the TCL TV. My guess is I need to update something on the Channels Server end of something within the router to allow the connection to stop being reject. Just don't know what this could be since the connection from the TCL TV is working for everything except the Pluto and Philo source.

Possibly tuner sharing is involved. Check how the client is configured for tuner sharing. You might be pushing this setting to your clients.

On your server under advanced on the right side is experimental. Try enabling Stream 4K and HDR via TV Everywhere

All non-HDHR sources are using tuner sharing; if other clients can access those sources from the server, then the issue is with the client.

What is the exact error message you see and where do you see it?

What Channels client devices are being used on those?
Are they wired or WiFi?

Here is the exact message that is displayed on the TCL TV

Connection Lost
Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again.
Get "http://[2600:4040:5d3f:3100:8d89:17e:7c88:7ea1]/devices/TVE-Philo/channels/6086/stream.mpg":dial tcp [2600:4040:5d3f:3100:8d89:17e:7c88:7ea1]:80: connect: connection refused

Turn off IPV6 ?

The other devices is a Samsung TV an da Vizio TV, both are using the Channels VR App via a Firs Stick.

Everything is using WiFi connection.

Dialing IPV6 di not have any impact

Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics

diagnostics were sent a couple hours ago

Settings > Connect > At Home > 192.168.1.184

not sure what that means. Checked both the server and the client. I can not find the Settings>Connect>At Home options. There is no Connect option within Settings menu.

Sorry it's the channels logo click on it

going to need more instructions than that. I have clicked on the Channels logo on both the client that has the issue and on the server. Neither show a Settings>Connect option.

On the client Settings page, you should see a block in the top left side that says Channels DVR and it has a Channels DVR icon inside the block. You need to select that block. It should show you the options.

The latest beta should fix your issue which you can get access to from Channels — Beta Program

I am on the Clients page of the DVR server site. The only Channels icon available brings me back to the channels Home Screen when I select the icon. I have gone thru all of the options in the client page and don't see any Connect>At Home options

On your TV in the Channels app

Figured it out. Thanks for the support. Setting the IP Address fixed the issue.
