Go to the UI on your server machine
h ttp://localhost:8089/admin/settings
and uncheck Bonjour, then recheck it.
This works for me every time I get lost connection, etc or the Guide is blank.
I happens fairly often on my ONN boxes, but not so often on my Firesticks.

Try to tune a tve channel l, let it fail and the look at the latest logs showing the failure

could not start streaming for TVE-spectrum ch6047 aetv, tve could not fetch playlist

Please go to Settings -> Support -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from your device and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

It appears you're running some sort of firewall that is blocking inbound and outbound connections. Your diagnostics were not able to be submitted properly, which is very unusual.

Please go to Support -> Logs on your DVR and email us the last 100 lines or so. There's something preventing normal operation on your DVR.

Reinstall chrome

Your logs are showing that you have something fundamentally wrong with your computer or network. Everything that should be able to be connected to is failing with timeouts, DNS lookup failures, and such.

Afternoon, I just submitted my dynastic longs, I believe I fixed the DNS and got all boxesgreen and checked. But when I go to my TV which is a fire stick. I get time down or connection loss.

Yes, it needs to be on all the time to be able to have your clients connect to it.

That you for all the help you been given me throughout the days,
it was a third-party antivirus program which caused the issue, I uninstalled it and restarted the computer and was able to connect.
