Direct Tv Stream now has added MeTV. I have tried a rescan but it does not show up when I go to manage channels.
MeTV is not TVE Supported.

MeTV doesn't provide TVE access at their website.
TVE support is only available for a fixed set of major networks, which offer compatible streams on their websites. You will not receive all the networks which are available via your cable box or the cable provider’s app
For a list of Channels DVR TVE channels available, on the DVR web UI, click the 
dropdown to the right of your provider and select Rescan Channels
