I notice that new recording after moving DVR files are being placed in a new location under “/Volumes/MacProStorage/TV/TV” instead of what is designated in setup “/Volumes/MacProStorage/TV”, any thoughts?
The path that you choose becomes the root storage location that Channels DVR uses. It keeps regular TV recordings under /TV and movies under /Movies. It also uses this directory for storing thumbnail images and database backups.
So I should only only use “/Volumes/MacProStorage/Channels” as the root and it will create /TV and /Movies.
Yeah, if you want to be more clear, name it that. Then it makes more sense.
