How do I correct these errors from the log?

I believe those are network errors, indicating a connectivity problem of some kind. Is the device using the IP address listed a wireless client, perhaps?

It's a Mac mini wired to an ethernet switch. The mini is running the DVR.

What did you record off of?

OTA, MyTV

Please go to the DVR and select View Details for the recording. It should report any issues during recording.

Also you can look in your DVR logs for when that recording happened and find the [SNR] log message for that recording. It should give us more details.
