FOX 6002 (TVE) Not showing Michigan at Iowa - ad loop

This may be related to the Dish/Disney contract dispute ...

Fox is working for me now.

If you're Eastern time it should look like this unless WJW is Fox O&O

The guide shows SIGN OFF (it’s in all caps, that’s not me yelling) for today’s primetime. The guide is messed up for sure.

Same here. Working now. Crazy.

If any of you are getting primetime streaming only on channel 6002 (because your local Fox station isn't Fox Owned and Operated) like me, you should see the same schedule at zap2it.com for the generic Fox channel in your time zone and your Channels DVR guide for 6002 Fox. If not, let the developers know. That's how it's "supposed to work".

Not sure if something was going on with the guide data

I deleted and reloaded the guide (again) and Fox finally worked. Hopefully it’s good going forward.

There was just a soccer match on Fox and I was receiving the Stream Fox Primetime and Live Sporting Events message again. Could Fox be doing something on purpose to cause this to happen when live sporting events are broadcasting. I am wondering if this issue is going to happen again this weekend with NCAA and NFL football.

Getting the exact same issue as the OP. Same issue through Spectrum, Fubo and Hulu TV Live. No errors in the log, and can stream fine from Fox website(s). The guide is correct and displays what is supposed to be on. Deleted & downloaded new guide just to make sure. Started around 2 - 3 weeks ago..

Yeah, just looked and its that message again for me as well. cc: @tmm1

Is there a developer that could respond? Not sure if this is a Channels issue or Fox. I can go to the Fox website and watch with no issues.

I am receiving the following message but it seems to only appear during live sporting events. I have also received API errors when trying to view Fox. I have submitted logs.
5a1dc3fa-f9f1-4e56-ad18-e42db09f396d.

I don't even get that.
Channels DVR can't play the stream, so it keeps trying to re-authenticate the channel, even after it's authenticated.

My other server w/TVE gives a different error that appear to be a Fox issue.
Guide shows College Football airing for another 2 hours (19:30-23:00. UTC)
[ERR] Failed to start stream for ch6002: TVE: APIError: Show ended at 2022-10-08T20:00:00Z (400)

If it's working on the site but not Channels, please capture a chrome HAR and send to support.

Just uploaded to your dropbox

Don't know if it will help, but tried watching live again and nothing but 168 lines in the log with errors starting at 2022/10/08 16:17:35

I just sent an email to Support with the Chrome HAR file. Feel free to let me know if anything else is needed or if I grabbed the HAR file from the incorrect link. There appeared to be a lot of links and I just picked the first one.

There's a way to save all as HAR

I just emailed a second HAR file and this time selected Save All as HAR with Content.

FOX 6002 is working here now. Spectrum SoCal.
