I just started using this solution today and I have to give major kudos at how easy it was to setup and get running... and with TVE in the mix, I got my local ABC affiliate too. I'm still a Spectrum CableCARD user for now, until they get around to rolling out high-split in my area... but I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution like this one that can run DirecTV Stream from within Docker too?
Nope because DRM.
You need to use either CC4C or HDMI or adbtuner or ah4c for that
I switched from YTTV after they blocked my Synology from setting up TVE plus the ADB Tuner solution is good but i'm always in favor of docker and direct streams first.
The picture is smoother plus Baseball season is starting soon.
i keep ADB Tuner setup just in case it is needed.
if i can get a non-tve source, it is a much better experience. I'm kind of tired of AMC and Sundance playing filler stuff in the commercial breaks.
Ahhh okay - I didn't realize DirecTV had everything DRM'd.
anyone else able to watch NBC Sports 4K on Fubo Currently? there is a Soccer game on it, but does not play.
Working for me 9 am eastern on NBC Sports 4k using an ATV 4k. I have my ATV settings under video / match content set for Match Dynamic Range On, Match Frame Rate off. And Video Format to 4k SDR. Not sure what device you use, but that seems to work well for me with Apple hardward...
I am using docker version
I run the fubotv project docker on windows 11, and watch using an apple tv. I did not have to make any changes to the win 11 docker to see the 4k. But I did have to change the ATV settings to get be able to see any 4k content from channels, had an error message until I made the changes mentioned in the prior post...
Yea I even tried it with VLC player as well, and it starts to play and then stops. the Rest of the None 4k channels from Fubo docker works fine.
I'm new to the Fubo TV project. Has anyone summarized step by step instructions to install and configure on a Win10 PC?
@joagomez
I noticed you pushed v1.17 to docker hub last month, but :latest still pulls v1.16
Any reason why v1.17 isn't :latest?
1.17 was a version I was using for some additional testing and debugging. Then moved on to the plex and pluto codes as this was stable, so never made this to latest. Plus learned a lot on what needed to be optimized in my python code so will get back to this after Super Bowl (don’t want to do anything to break a working version prior to the big game)
The first step is to install DOCKER. I first did this to get Pluto-Docker working. I sort of remember having to do something on my Windows machine to enable virtual machines.
Try going back in old forum posts on the Pluto/Docker system. If I remembered, I'd tell you, but all I remember is that it took several tries and forum members were very helpful.
Anybody getting the this match is available in 4K, But it looks like this device doesn't support 4K resolution. Visit fubo.tv/4k for a list of supported devices and browsers, on there CBS 4K stream?
Have you updated the docker?
I’m getting the CBS 4k stream with no issues
How do you update in portainer? It's been a minute since I have pulled down the latest image.
Stop the stack. Go into the stack editor and click on "Update the stack", followed by clicking on the "Re-pull and redeploy" slider.
Looking good for 4k

Have an updated docker container, but when watching either through Channels or even using VLC, the stream stops after 1 second. No error logs thrown up in Channels DVR, so not sure how to trouble shoot. Any suggestions?
Also, can confirm the FUBO App is showing the 4K stream on the same TV I'm trying to watch through Channels. Unfortunately no pause allowed.
Are you using the HLS or MPEG-TS feed.
Mine is recording using the HLS feed.
