Don't make assumptions, I'm a paying subscriber to ChannelDVR and I switched from Sling to Fubo, paying more for FuboTV, to boot. I submitted my issue/diagnostic as I have always when I have issues. I might add I check daily for a pre-release version to appear hoping it gets fixed. But all I have received is an email they have received my submission. Is there a problem ticket we could track?

Submit Diagnostics
The most helpful thing for us are your diagnostics. These help us see more about your system to help diagnose the issue. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to submit them.
Channels App
If your issue is in the Channels app, please visit Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics after you have experienced your issue.
Channels DVR Server
If your issue is with Channels DVR Server, please visit Support > Troubleshooting in your Channels DVR Server web admin to run the Troubleshooter. Once it has completed, please click the Submit Diagnostic Logs button at the bottom of the page.
