Hallmark Family not authorized

After my last update to the pre-release 2024.03.19.1510 today I noticed I was getting errors on all 3 Hallmark channels served by Philo. After rescanning they no longer appear in the list of scanned channels. I see them when I rescan, they just don’t appear in the list where I can select my favorite channels. I can watch them in the Philo app on my Apple TV. Miss having them in channels.

Looks like channels dvr will need to update their GET web link. Not working here on Spectrum either.

They moved their TVE platform from hallmarkchanneleverywhere.com to watchhallmarktv.com back in 2020. They recently redesigned the site as part of the brand refresh which broke all of the hallmarkchanneleverywhere.com redirects that Channels still relied on to fetch the stream URLs.

channels needs to adapt to their new json API to fetch the akamai auth tokens for the streams. The generated tokens expire after about 2 days, which is why it's still working for some users.

Can't you just create a Virtual Hallmark channel?
You have recorded every Hallmark Movie, right?

If anyone can stop the YES login from Muting itself I'd truly be in you debt.....Ive tried many things all with no luck BUT i can only run the Windows EXE no docker knowledge

My CC4C list I just added the Hallmark channels at the bottom

I don't see any channel numbers in your playlist.

When i add them to my channel collection they get a channel number like 9045 9046 etc then i add them to my custom favorite list and add a chanel logo.

maybe there's a better way BUT this work for me

Same here - using Philo and Hallmark is not working on Channels DVR but streams on Roku.

I'm getting some HUGE error string on all three channels - does the support team need that error?

I'm hoping this will be fixed soon??!!

Hallmark Family is not authorizing using yttv credentials.

Regular Hallmark and hallmark mystery do authorize. But the names and logos are all mixed up

Hallmark Drama is the label but the logo is family. Hallmark Mystery logo still says Hallmark Movies and Mystery
