so I mixed you up with a response on the Plex subbreddit who said Id be able to get 10 streams on Plex due to quicksync and hardware vs software on my server but it wouldnt decode HEVC and doing Locast in America and just Dish Network TVEverywhere I do not believe I have any HEVC.
I don't think its gonna transcode 10 streams on Plex even. If possible, it would need to be very low stream bitrates. What is the use-case for this, where you need so many simultaneous remote transcoded steams?
