Are there other users out there with Sandy Bridge (HD2000/3000) processors that have working Hardware transcoding?

Definitely a weird one… if the CPU supports it, it should be working.
I plan to upgrade to ffmpeg 3.3 when it is released next month, and that’s going to include a lot of hardware acceleration improvements. Let’s revisit then.

Still shows software encoding.
