I have the HD HomeRun 4K.

I was able to get the guide to show and play live TV, but I'm not able to record. Anyone had this issue?

Guide data not setup on dvr?

The guide data is there. I can see what shows are currently playing and upcoming. I lost the ability to record… there are no record buttons, or ability to make a pass. This only happened after I removed the old tuner and added the new tuner.

There is no guide data on the dvr server web UI

You need to go there and setup it up for the new HDHR with your zip code

Did you get this resolved? I just ordered the HDHR Flex under the impression I wouldn't need an additional CPU for the network. Now I am not so sure.

Yes, you still need a separate computer that is always on to use with Channels. The hard drive products from SiliconDust will only work with their own DVR software. No other software can make use of the drives in the Servio, Scribe, or Flex.
