I assume it has to do with the hdr profile, but some of my files don’t have correct coloring, washed out or tinted purple/green. Is there a way I can fix this?
If you’re seeing tinted purple and green, those are Dolby Vision video files, which are not supported.
If you’re having issues with HDR, please report what client version you’re using and on which platform. Also please list the details of the file that is not working correctly. You can find this information in the web admin by finding the video and using a view details.
Finally, please subtext diagnostics from the Channels app after you experience the issue.
