trying upgrade from the basic so i can enable remote and i have premium channels in my providers subscription and they are not showing up in my channel guide.
Did you install the Channels DVR Server software and subscribe to Channels Plus?
Premium channels aren't supported by TVE https://getchannels.com/docs/getting-started/quick-start-guide/what-is-tv-everywhere/
Yah, guess it depends on what a person considers premium channels. I know some people that think it's anything besides free OTA TV, others think if you have to pay extra for the channel (HBO, Showtime, etc.) in a sub package (Cable sub/Hulu/etc.) it's premium.
@commander89 â You may also want to familiarize yourself with what channels are available with TV Everywhere, as not all channels in your Cable package will show up in your Channels Guide.
