Hulu Live - No Login Form Found

As of today, I'm unable to view most channels via Hulu Live TVE. The message "No login form found" is displayed both on my Apple TV and in the DVR server when trying to rescan channels. Removing the Hulu Live source and trying to re-add results in "No login form found" error when trying to login. So at the moment, I'm unable to add Hulu Live back as a source at all.

Anyone else seeing this? Do we think it's a temporary issue on Hulu's end, or could it be intentional?

I can't add Hulu Live as a source either. Hulu wants me to enter a device code. I see this problem in some posts a few years ago.

I don't even get that option in Channels DVR server. I just get this after enter my username/pwd:

So, I had some time this morning to try again. Here's what I did, all on the server machine after making sure Chrome was up to date. Log in and out of Hulu, using a normal Chrome session. Did this about 8 times, but never got a 2FA prompt. Watched a channel in Hulu for a few minutes, stopped that playback.
