I figured that's just that I can get Plex to see the TV folder within channels so i couldn't understand what was happening. I think I have given the proper permissions but still don't see anything.
Did you Create a TVShow library in Plex and point it to TV folder from channels DVR and did you do the same for Movies.
I go to create the TV show folder in Plex and I go to my NAS and choose the channels DVR share but no folders show up after that. So I'm not sure if the folders are able to be seen by Plex.
Edit: nevermind i figured it out. stupid permission had to be granted. I got it working but sadly wont be using it. formula one recordings aren't named the best way and because of it does not display properly on plex.
