the files end with strm so i guess they are stream files and the link inside the file ends with .mkv

file extension is .STRM link extension is .MKV

Both extensions seem fine for a stream file.

Where is this stream file located for Channels to use?
Is it in the Imports folder of the DVR data folder?
Sorry, just checking the basics.

Can you also show the lines from the DVR log file when you tried to play one stream file?

When you use VLC to play the link, is VLC on the same device where your Channels DVR is running?

This has given me a headache :joy:. OK, search Google for ERD Xtream Downloader as it will extract the strm files when you use your Xtreme code login info from your provider. 2nd you also have the choice to download the vod program etc they offer to add to your library. :100::dart:
