@slampman could you submit diagnostics from your DVR so we have those logs to go along with the recording?

Additionally, if you could save a .zip of the output of the HLS segments on disk that could be really helpful (if you could do it of the segments that made it into a recording, that would be amazing, but even separately, it could be helpful).

OK I think i got everything. I uploaded a tar.gz containing the raw segments as well as a test recording from Channels to your dropbox link. I also submitted diagnostics afterwards. The recording shows it really messing up so hopefully it is useful

Okay, could you try the latest TestFlight and DVR pre-release to see if that fixes the issue for you?

@eric Its a lot better, no train wrecks like before. I get some groups of frame drops on my mac m1 running the ipad client but it works perfect on my AppleTV's. I do see fps fluctuation on both the mac and the AppleTV's. It will go anywhere from 59.930 to 59.950fps. It doesn't seem to affect anything so I don't know if that is an issue or not. I'm not worried about chasing down the m1 issue unless would like me to. Thanks!
