"JWT without explanation"

I've been able to use the Big10 Network on Xfinity's TVE many times, but tonight I'm not able to use it. When I try to rescan it I get a response, "JWT without explanation". Does anyone know what that means or have some ideas why I'm not able to use that specific TVE channel?

Connection Lost: JWT without expiration (FS1, FS2 & BIG)

This latest pre-release should resolve the issue. It will require tuning into the channel more than once to clear out old cached values but should prevent it from happening again in the future.
