Is there a list of TeamIDs available?
Not that I know of. Are you having trouble finding a team by name?
Well I had it by name and it was not going to record it so I was trying in the advanced tab and it wants a team ID. It's hard to believe that someone would have that as a filtering criteria with no way of determining what a teams's ID is.

EventTitle CONTAINS Chiefs
EventTitle CONTAINS Buccaneers
EventTitle CONTAINS Patriots
EventTitle CONTAINS Giants
Title CONTAINS NFL
