Menu options not relevant to stream links

When you open the options for a stream link, these options are not relevant:

Regenerate Video Index
Fix Video Timestamps
Redetect Commercials

Fixed in the latest pre-release:

I'm running version 2023.04.18.0031 and these options are still in the menu.

No big deal but it seems the fix didn't work or didn't survive another SW update.

FYI, I didn't install v2023.04.17.1746 yesterday because my DVR was busy so my first opportunity to update was earlier today and got this new version.

FWIW I'm running 2023.04.17.1831 and still see these same menu options for existing Stream Files and Stream Links in my movie library.
