Migrating Channels DVR to new Synology NAS (solved)

Finally getting a new Synology NAS and want to move Channels DVR from the old to the new this weekend if I have time. I have lots of recordings going on and need to find some slack time between recordings to migrate Channels DVR.

I really wish you guys had a sticky/WiKi/FAQ/etc.

Sounds like I'll be spending my weekend migrating stuff from my old to new nas.

So, do I just copy the Channels DVR directory from old to new and Shazaam! the magic does it?

Do I need to install/update Channels DVR on the new NAS before doing the Shazaam! the magic does it?

How does one do the Shazaam! the magic does it?

OK Thanks, not a FAQ I thought you would publish and leaves a few questions unanswered (Since it's not a step by step tutorial).
Will post back after I stumble through it.
At worst I'll just start from scratch.

Worked great, no issues. Migrated from Synology DS1513+ to DS1019+.

After setting up the new NAS I moved the Channels DVR folder from the old to new NAS, installed the Channels DVR package on the new NAS and chose to migrate the old NAS database and then updated to the latest Channels DVR beta.
Only thing I noticed is it said there was no guide info and it refreshed the guide, good to go now.

Will now be able to test Commercial detection and transcoding.
Old NAS was a bit underpowered for those tasks with it's Intel atom processor.
New NAS should do better with quad-core Celeron.
