Missing fox 5

I noticed that I don't have fox 5 in tve. I did a rescan but it didn't come back. Has this happened to anyone else? Not sure what to do next.

Toggle the locals checkbox via my.channelsdvr.net (has to be HTTPS in the browser, and it will ask for location permission)

I toggled the box & gave permission, but still doesn't work. I used Google Chrome but how do I know I'm using https?

Ok I did the steps again & i believe everything was done correctly plus I re scanned spectrum for more channels but strll no fox.

Did you do it on my.channelsdvr.net ?

Does fox work on fox.com/live ?

It didnt work on the link you provided me & I ma able to log into fox.com/live with my cable log in from spectrum. Im in the NY area also if that helps.

You would need to enable remote access on your dvr first

I did enable remote access first & then clicked your link.

Pretty sure if you just click on the link he gave, it won't be https.
Have you tried https://my.channelsdvr.net/

I was able to do it locally using the ip address of my dvr

You could try
https://127.0.0.1:8089/admin/settings
If you use that link, replace 127.0.0.1 with the ip address of your dvr server.

@chDVRuser i followed all your steps but i still do not have the fox network. I have everything else but fox. I am wondering should I delete spectrum from cdvr & redo?

First, I didn't see any mention of what version your DVR is on. Make sure to update to the latest pre-release version
Channels Pre-Release

If you accessed your DVR settings remotely using https://my.channelsdvr.net/ or locally https://127.0.0.1:8089/admin/settings (change 127.0.0.1 to the IP address of your DVR server)
your browser should have prompted you to allow the site to access your location.
Then toggling the Experimental locals TVE checkbox (uncheck, then check) should have caused a spinner to appear there while it authenticated all your local TVE channels.
The key is using the https secure connection.

If that didn't work, I would submit diagnostics from the DVR web UI.

This is happening to me too. I lost fox and cannot get it back. It has never happened before

I tried those instructions & they don't work.

Ah, OK. So you already submitted logs.

That I didn't do but I'm going downstairs now to send them. Only thing I didn't do was Uninstall & reinstall the app.
