This should be fixed now. Please open the DVR web UI and click the circle refresh icon under your HDHR.
Yup working great thanks,
Thanks for the reply. No, it doesn't... but nor does KTLA, or KCAL, and they do have logos in my guide. So, are you saying zap2it is the resource where these logos must come from? If so, why do KTLA and KCAL have channel logos but KCET does not?
I'm still new to all of this. Just curious.
KTLA and KCAL have logos at zap2it.com
KCET does not.
Both Channels DVR and zap2it.com use Gracenote guide data and station logos.
Go to zap2.it.com
Click the box titled "Change Provider or Time Zone"
Enter your zipcode, click "Find Providers" and choose Antenna>Local Over the Air Broadcast
Ah OK, I was unaware of the underlying resource, and didn't change time zone/provider properly before searching! That explains it. Thanks for the reply. Bummer, but at least now it's understandable. And at least the text display is pretty similar to the actual KCET logo
I take it there's no way for users to customize channel logos in instances like this? I've done that for dozens of Custom Channels, webcams and other livestreams, so am wondering if that's possible. Again, just curious and still learning here.
If your source is an HDHR tuner, you can ask Silicon Dust to fix it if it's also missing in the HDHR App (pretty sure they just contact Gracenote).
If the source is TVE, you can ask zap2it to fix it.
