Netgear ReadyNAS 314 - Can't launch Channels DVR app

I have the Channels DVR Server app installed on my Netgear ReadyNAS 314 and I have subscribed to Channels DVR Server. I have the latest ReadyNAS O/S (6.10.7) running. When I attempt to launch the Channels DVR Server app, I get the following error:

"An error has occurred
The redirect uri included is not valid."

I'm using Chrome and the browser uri displayed is: Channels

Not sure what to do. Any thoughts from the community?

Seems like an IPV6 issue. Try accessing your NAS via the IPV4 address

It was an IPV6 issue. local ReadyNAS IPV4 address fixed it. Thanks!
