Hi all,

Just moved over from Plex for live TV and DVR, seems to work so much better in the short time i used it last night. Have a few questions hoping someone can answer:

  1. Is there any way of re ordering the list of channels in the guide view?
  2. When setting up a series pass for say Eastenders, is there a way of telling it to only record from BBC1 HD.
  3. On the Shield and Fire stick apps is there a way of skipping the guide to a future date rather than having to hold right for ages?

Just found the answer to number 2!

You can re-order Favorites by selecting the Favorities filter on the On Now tab. Then click and hold a channel to select Move.

Adding a tutorial in the settings of each device would be helpful

Another quick question, I have a series pass with keep “unwatched only” marked. Does it auto delete the watched episodes? If so when?

Yes, about three hours after you watch them.
