"Not Entitled" FS1

After repeated (failing) efforts to install YouTube TV as a Source in Channels DVR, I successfully installed Sling TV. I see some channels that TVE is not provided by Sling TV but received this error message for FS1. Not sure what it means...can anyone clarify.

I got the same error today, using Spectrum. First time I'd tried to record FS1 this year.

If you login to Cable Provider and TV Provider Sign-In | FOX Sports | FOX Sports from an Incognito window does it play?

Yes, eventually. (The direct link was glitchy but starting at foxsports.com and finding the login page worked perfectly.)

Here was my error message:

Please go to Support -> Troubleshooting -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

Down for me as well. It seems the provider page is broken. I’m unable to select any provider so not much channels can do atm.

I don't know if this is helpful, but I just upgraded my Win 10 CDVR server to the latest Beta and FS1, FS2, and BIG10 all seem to be working.

So this is super strange and not necessarily a channels issue but it’s causing issues for channels. I lost my Fox sports and while checking their web page to see if I could login and watch I found this issue. On the page to login with provider none of the links do anything. If I click on Hulu or any of the others nothing happens. This happens in regular and incognito mode. Same in Ubuntu chrome and Firefox. Here is the weird part. I have another Ubuntu machine with the same os and same chrome …

Alright now that I was able to login and watch at fox sports web site now I’m getting no login form on rescan.

Edit: I am able to sign in to fox sports and watch on a regular chrome tab but I get the non responsive links like above while in incognito mode

Edit 2. Successfully rescanned and authenticated FS1 by using cellular data hotspot for server connection and rescanning the channel.
