I’m having the same problem and just submitted my diagnostics.
@Djn04 can you submit diagnostics from your DVR server as well? For some reason they didn't come through.
Doesn't look like I can submit them from the DVR server. It's stuck spinning on "disk permissions" and "Gathering diagnostic logs." I also can't get to the settings page.
That sounds like you're having disk problems. Is your DVR connected to an external USB drive?
Can you make sure it's connected and restart your DVR server?

No, to deal with this, my best guess is you would need to restart your computer. It sounds like your drive is having problems.
