Just wanted to say that I updated today (2021.11.16.2141) and was able to log into TVE with Xfinity. It's getting the channel info now.

Confirmed, issue with Xfinity login is fixed!!

Was running fine for over a month, now getting "no login form found" for almost a week.
Some (useless) channels still worked, even with a rescan.
Just deleted the source to try again, and... huh?

Update to latest prerelease software (see a few messages posted above yours). Resolves the issue.

I'm running the latest pre-release (2021.11.23.2219) Channels package on a Synology DS920+ with DSM 7.x, and the "no login form found" issue persists as of 5 minutes ago. I am unable to add Xfinity TVE channels. Logs submitted yesterday under ID 'db6c0fe2-d6c0-4e8a-9d89-2f2c24bbfeac'

I see a reference to a campus. Are you on a typical residential home internet service, or something else?

I am having this same problem all of the sudden....and I get something about campus login also. I am at a regular home....no issues before. On the latest pre-release. Reset my Xfinity password.

Cannot logon to Xfinity in channels. Regular web login works fine.

Same thing happened to me with the no login found 3 days ago after doing all the usual fixing of things. Sent email and logs, sent follow up email yesterday and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Very frustrating.

I tried again today. Same issue with something about a 'Campus' logon. Submitted a log. 1b6d3f50-b3ef-4179-99a0-36bc0a48baa6

I hope someone can look at this as a number of us have the same issue.

I am having this problem also, it's not every channel, but ESPN and Golf Channel give a "no login form found"

Just some things to try for those having issues.

Make sure you're using just the username and not the email address.

Use a secondary VIEWER only account with 2FA disabled.

Login to your Xfinity account and make sure to clear any extra prompts you might get like add a recovery email/phone, etc. (I do this weekly now)

Update to the latest DVR pre-release version.

Select the Update Password option in Channels DVR (you can key in the same password you're using) to clear the chromedata cache.

When trying to add Xfinity, click and HOLD the Login button.

Restart the DVR server (stop/start package or container or service or server).

Rescan the trouble channels.

Although I appreciate the advice, I have done all of that. I’ve been dealing with the xfinity bs for years. I even deleted and reinstalled chrome. As of today I have deleted channels and if we don’t get some kind of response soon, I’ll just cancel it.

Yep did the update too. Sadly with xfinity you learn all of this the hard way each time. There are 2 things that I see that look different than normal.
1 sometimes under troubleshooting it says update chrome, I do so and it goes away but then reappears again in the future. The version it references is not anywhere to be found on my qnap and I did a new chrome install yesterday
2 the tve login screen says campus but also doesn’t have the password on the first screen that we see. I think I remember both username and password were on the same screen. Is it possible that this is what changed?

I wish there was a way that we could manually interact with that screen. I bet it would solve a lot of problems including 2fa

I think this might be this issue. Xfinity changed the login process to 2 screens. @maddox Is there anyway to change login process for this change?
