QNAP 2017.01.17.2332 Update refuses connection

I noticed the latest update has somehow killed the DVR server on my QNAP TS-251. I didn’t see the DVR and Recordings tabs on my AppleTV after restarting the app and the AppleTV.

When I went to check the DVR server software, I got a connection refused error. I tried reinstalling the DVR software and saw the website installed the previous version. When it finished installing, I could access the DVR server, see my recordingss, and also see that it was waiting to install the latest version. As soon as the latest version reinstalled, I lost connection to the DVR server. Did something change with the newest DVR software.
