Random skipping

The “Buffer … is more than % full” only shows up if you’re streaming via the DVR (either remote access, or in-home with Tuner Sharing turned on)

I too have been experiencing this with recordings. I also have a Synology NAS and viewing it with an Apple TV. Everything is connected via Cat 6 Ethernet.

Are you using the beta version of ATV? I haven’t been able to find anything that fixes it. Disabling tuner sharing didn’t help and I’ve disabled pretty much everything on my Synology except for the DVR service. I don’t think it’s a cable signal issue either. I previously had Tivo and never ran into signal issues with that setup. Are you getting similar errors logged like I am?

If you’re seeing issues with live tv, try using the free soon InstaTV to compare and see if that has the same problem.

For some reason, this is not happening anymore. Not sure if it was something I fixed by removing packages on my Synology or it just decided to start working on its own. thanks for the help.
