'Recently Added' Category Bug

I've noticed a bug in the 'recently added' category.

In my setup I am using multiple USB drives (D, E, F) for my media library, with channels server hosted on one drive - D.

I've noticed that the 'Recently Added' category for movies, only shows files that are recently added to the movies folder on D drive. This is problematic as I have stopped adding movies to this drive and now only add them to F due to capacity issues.

In short, Recently Added doesn't seem to monitor multiple source folders.

A couple of questions just clarify some things:

1. the movies that you add to your F drive, I'm assuming they are imports from other sources, correct?

2. on the Channels DVR server, did you add your movie directory that is on the F drive as a source of imports for movies? (in Settings > Sources)

Also make sure that your movies are stored in the way that Channels expects on the F drive:

Yes, this doesn’t sound like an issue with “Recently Added”, it sounds like your movies aren’t being added to your library at all.

Can you confirm they are in your library?

Additionally, you should know that the “added” that’s used when importing to your library is based on the modified date of the files. If they’re super old, then, yes, they won’t show up as recently added, so that could be it too.

I thought recently added always meant date/time added ... I guess I too was wrong.

Sorting recordings by Date Added not working as expected

Web admin DVR>Manage>Recordings>Shows I just imported a recording that was recorded on 2019-07-19. Sorting by descending Date Added I would expect it to appear at the top of the list (just added), it doesn't. If I sort by ascending Date Added it appears at the top (oldest). Hope this makes sense.

When importing shows, it actually uses the creation date of the folder it’s in.

Yes, multiple drives are setup correctly as sources, and I can confirm all movies I add to these sources show up in the library -

I also don't think it's being driven by the modified date, since I have 100's of files with modified date more recent in the movies folder on F drive, yet they do not show up in recently added.

Am I correct in my assumption, that the 'Recently Added' section should show the last movies added to my library regardless of the date they were filmed/aired?
